Acceptance
By booking, visiting, or using LimberSpace co-working services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the workspace or related services.
Services
LimberSpace provides co-working desk space and related amenities such as AC office seating, meeting room access, internet, electricity backup, guest seating, drinking water, parking support, and printing or scanning support, subject to availability and plan terms.
Booking and payment
Desk booking is confirmed only after LimberSpace accepts the request and applicable payment is received. Prices, offers, plans, and availability may change without prior notice unless already confirmed in writing.
Workspace usage
Users must maintain professional conduct, keep the workspace clean, avoid disturbance to other members, and follow instructions shared by LimberSpace staff. Illegal, unsafe, abusive, or disruptive activity is not allowed.
Access and amenities
Workspace access, meeting room use, guest seating, parking, printing, internet, tea or coffee, and other amenities may be subject to timing, availability, fair usage, and operational restrictions.
Member responsibility
Users are responsible for their personal belongings, devices, documents, and data. LimberSpace is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or data issues unless caused by proven willful misconduct from our side.
Internet and equipment
Internet and shared equipment must be used lawfully and responsibly. Users must not access harmful content, attack networks, overload services, or misuse any device, printer, scanner, or office equipment.
Cancellation or termination
LimberSpace may cancel access or refuse service if a user violates these terms, fails to pay dues, misuses facilities, causes damage, or creates a safety or security concern.
Limitation of liability
LimberSpace will not be liable for indirect loss, business loss, data loss, service interruption, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including power, internet, building, maintenance, or government-related disruptions.
